West River Ear Nose & Throat along with West River Allergy set up to greatly expand their capacity with a new facility located at the corner of 5th and Minnesota in Rapid City. The design intent was to create a modern facility with natural elements that are both striking and inviting. The lobby was thoughtfully designed to separate allergy from ENT while at the same time maintaining shared work space and an open, spacious atmosphere. The building utilizes a geothermal heating and cooling system along with a solar array to offset electrical loads.
