SoDak Title was a redevelopment project on a lot that was previously occupied by a motel and restaurant. The 2-story office building was sited to create a presence on Mount Rushmore Road with a carefully balanced facade of brick, EIFS, metal and wood exterior finishes It also utilizes individual canopies and exterior lighting to highlight the facade and building. The interior functions as office space with offices, conference rooms, lobby / reception and staff support spaces.
