Main & Jackson is the center of Spearfish. Over its history, the location had served a number functions including a car dealership, a service station and most recently a strip mall. Creating a classic, timeless downtown structure was the foremost priority in addition to ensuring the multi-use building could accommodate a large variety of uses in its lifespan. The brick, steel, flat cement panels and wood facade anchors the building to the downtown location and creates an instant icon in the city. The building was designed to accommodate a craft brewery, a restaurant and office space. Future tenant finishes have included additional office space, a coffee shop and a vacation rental unit.
